Accessibillity

The Wheel Inn is a Grade II listed original 14th Century building, and therefore low ceilings and different floor levels are a feature.  Nevertheless our front door is readily accessible to wheelchairs, which can be accommodated at either of the two tables in the bar.  We suggest you book in advance to ensure you get the table of your choice.  There are 4 shallow steps down to the tables in either the dining room or cocktail bar.

Our lavatories are modern and clean, but due to the age and layout of the building are outside of the main building, and are accessed from our driveway.  Wheelchairs can access both the Ladies and Gents.

In addition we have a covered beer-garden to the rear of the pub easily accessible from the car-park.  As well as benches and tables, lighting and a heater are installed.   Many customers enjoy sitting out here in warmer weather.

We have a large carpark to the rear of the pub, accessed from the driveway, just mind your wing-mirrors as it is a narrow access.  There is also a lay-by near to the front of the pub, which sometimes has space available.

Finally, as we said above, the building features low ceilings so please mind your head!
